MarathonFoto is a leading sports photography company that photographs athletes around the world including at the marathon majors in Boston, Chicago, and New York. The participants can view and purchase their race photos on www.marathonfoto.com. Our mission is to provide our athletes with great race photos to celebrate and remember their amazing accomplishments!
We are looking for someone that can provide both Customer Service Support and Admin Support for the Client Relations Team.
This seasonal position is 100% Remote and it requires to have a reliable laptop and stable internet service.
Time and Dates for this role - March 4th to May 31st
· Monday to Friday, hours are flexible
· 10-20 hours per week depending on workload
Role Description:
CUSTOMER SERVICE (email only through Freshdesk)
- Provide outstanding customer support
- Provide problem resolution through effective communications
- Navigates multiple systems/technologies to gather information, assist customers with existing orders, photo gallery, place new orders accurately, and resolve issues.
ADMIN PROJECTS WITH CLIENT SERVICES
- data entry on company’s platforms
- organizing/analyzing information using excel
- reviewing and pulling photo requests for clients
Requirements
- Schedule flexibility to meet workload needs
- Ability to participate and complete mandatory training.
- Ability to learn quickly new systems and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – (Word and Excel).
- Ability to accurately follow instructions.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.
- Detail oriented and effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Critical thinking skills.
- Skill in providing quality Customer Service in a courteous and professional manner.
