Seeking an experienced candidate to handle various accounts, primarily focusing on electronic engineering, quality, and customer service with an Electronic Engineering background.
Responsibilities of the Electronic Controls Account Manager:
- Serving as the primary liaison between internal teams and clients, ensuring seamless communication throughout the sales journey.
- Develop innovative strategies to identify and nurture business opportunities within the designated industry.
- Crafting tailored product solutions that strike a balance between standardized pricing and customized offerings to meet diverse client demands.
- Establishing and nurturing robust relationships with current and potential clients, actively seeking to understand their unique needs and preferences.
- Offering guidance, training, and supervision to enhance the performance of the Sales Representative team.
- Implementing rigorous forecasting and monitoring procedures to track progress and identify growth opportunities within the assigned industry sector.
- Degree in electronic engineering preferred.
- Minimum of three years of client management experience.
- Understanding of OEM products.
- Proven track record of securing and overseeing new business opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills while handling multiple accounts.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.
- Strong collaborator and skillful in conflict resolution.
