Lead the financial part of the management team in a dynamic high-growth company
Manage cash flow, bank accounts, lines of credit, and financial tools
Ensure the accuracy of the financial statements, interpret the results, communicate the financial results to management team
Negotiate pricing and terms for new equipment and facilities for a high growth company
Oversees the accounting department and is responsible for its accuracy and timeliness. Controls the company's cash flow, oversees the production of financial reports, prepares tax, payroll and debt payments, and ensures the company is in compliance with reporting requirements.
Work in team environment with a flat structure

Bachelor's Degree Required
Require an accounting background in a manufacturing environment
Familiar with ERP and Accounting software
Desire and ability to work in a high speed environment
Willingness to work at all levels
This position is fulltime, Monday-Friday, onsite.
