We are seeking an innovative Solder Assembly Technician to join our award-winning team!

Job Purpose:

Prepare electronic circuit boards and electro-mechanical modules for manufacturing and repairing for dialysis equipment.

Essential Job Functions:

• Solder components via hole and surface mount technology
• Coordinate, mount and assemble various components including, but not limited to: crimps, stakes, screws, bolts, rivets and clamps.
• Assemble and attach hardware using electronic components to circuit boards using soldering tools
• Performs on-line go/no-go testing and inspection, using magnifying devices, measuring instruments, and electronic test equipment, to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards
• Enable quality and productivity improvement details
• Other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications:

• Mustbe able to solder small components through a hole and surface mount
• Attention to detail
• Safety Oriented
• Use handheld tools and other specialized equipment
• Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, work orders and reports to determine materials and assembly instructions
• Medical equipment and solder experience is a plus
• Knowledge of product requirement traceability, FDA, and EU regulatory standards is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
