We are seeking an innovative Solder Assembly Technician to join our award-winning team!
Job Purpose:
Prepare electronic circuit boards and electro-mechanical modules for manufacturing and repairing for dialysis equipment.
Essential Job Functions:
- Solder components via hole and surface mount technology
- Coordinate, mount and assemble various components including, but not limited to: crimps, stakes, screws, bolts, rivets and clamps.
- Assemble and attach hardware using electronic components to circuit boards using soldering tools
- Performs on-line go/no-go testing and inspection, using magnifying devices, measuring instruments, and electronic test equipment, to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards
- Enable quality and productivity improvement details
- Other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications:
- Mustbe able to solder small components through a hole and surface mount
- Attention to detail
- Safety Oriented
- Use handheld tools and other specialized equipment
- Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, work orders and reports to determine materials and assembly instructions
- Medical equipment and solder experience is a plus
- Knowledge of product requirement traceability, FDA, and EU regulatory standards is a plus
