Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Electronic Assembler to join our team. As an Electronic Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling and fabricating electronic components and products. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and work instructions
- Use hand tools to assemble electronic components
- Perform mechanical assembly tasks
- Wire electrical components according to specifications
-Hand solder very small components and cable assemblies
- Test assembled products for functionality and quality assurance
-Maintain quality and production rate standards
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with electronic assemblies
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
-Ability to independantly complete assigned projects
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles
- Proficient in using hand tools for assembly tasks
- Experience with surface mount technology (SMT) processes
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and work instructions
- Familiarity with electrical wiring techniques
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
