Ford Model E is responsible for developing the key technologies and capabilities - such as EV platforms, batteries, e-motors, inverters, charging and recycling - to create ground-up breakthrough electric vehicles. What you'll do...
Lead Electrified Systems Design Cost Save Idea Management
Manage data entry into CRID system for TVM (Cost Saving) (enter new ideas, input updates to ideas)
Lead efforts to ensure accuracy of cost saving data using CRID, WERS, CMMS, etc.
Manage CRID SC1-SC5 progression - drive team to be proactive and to address issues early.
Pull daily CRID reports to monitor for new entries, conduct follow-up and make updates.
Monitor for implementation to provide direction to finance to move CRID actions to SC6.
Support the finance auditor as needed to ensure prompt realization of savings.
Develop weekly decks for senior leadership report out on status to the established targets.
Represent Electrified Systems in program reviews on TVM status.
Support functional reviews of TVM status.
Lead/Support Mega Project creation and approvals.
Support Benchmarking Reviews and triaging ideas working with functional teams
Support Electrified Systems HV Propulsion Warranty Analysis
Support OPD program engineers with warranty claims analysis using various tools including connected vehicle data
Assist with tracking of the warranty return parts from the dealers to the supplier or Ford facility for teardown analysis
You'll have...
Minimum 3 years' experience in TVM process
Bachelor's Degree in project management or engineering
Even better, you may have...
Strong capability within Excel to create and update Macros and Pivot Tables
Strong knowledge of Ford Systems CRID, WERS, & CMMS
Strong empathy and communication skills to enable collaboration
Strong project management skills- capable of managing multiple workstreams
Strong written/verbal/interpersonal communication skills to lead teams and present at senior management reviews
Experience with using/creating Dashboards
Experience with Alteryx is highly desirable
