As our new Electrician, you will:
• Provide a timely and effective response to internal work requests generated by customers to maintain a comfortable and productive working environment for all OMAX Associates
• Respond to emergency failures of equipment/systems reported from customers or discovered as part of daily monitoring to ensure equipment and systems are operating properly
• Provide general and preventative maintenance of (inspections of electrical panels and breakers) of electrical equipment to reduce the risk of system/fixtures failures
• Manage projects relating to installation and/or replacement of electrical equipment/fixtures to support business demands, with an emphasis on environmental sustainability and energy/utility conservation
Who you are and the experience you bring:
• 4+ years of experience in Commercial/Industrial electrical field
• Journeyman Electrician License
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to read blueprints and control diagrams/schematics
• Knowledge of NFPA 70E
Preferred experience that differentiates you:
• 5-10 years of experience in Commercial/Industrial electrical field
• Master Electrician License
• Forklift/man lift operation
Proficient at project management
