Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekend work available
• Overtime available

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Asheville, NC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Essential Duties:

• Conduct service calls in accordance with relevant codes and site-specific procedures while following applicable safety procedures.

• Must be able to communicate with customers in a clear, concise manner to accommodate their needs and execute their expectations.

• Repair, replace and install electrical equipment and systems in residential and commercial power environments.

• Must have knowledge of local, state, and federal electrical codes and the ability to understand drawings and specifications.

• Use appropriate tools and testing equipment to properly complete a job.

• Effectively team and communicate with fellow employees and customers in order to maintain outstanding work conditions.

• Perform any other duties or assignments as management deems necessary.

• Must be able to work some overtime when requested, with notice, as needed; nights and or weekends, on-call rotation for emergencies, shutdowns.

Requirements:

• Must be able to carry out the physical demands of the job, including lifting, carrying, bending, crawling, climbing, balancing, repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers, etc…,

• Must have a strong work ethic with an emphasis on safety.

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members to ensure satisfaction, quality, timeliness, and long-term recommendations for future work.

• Required to have excellent organizational skills and ability to follow through on assigned tasks.

• Must be able to work independently with little supervision or with a team to complete projects on time.

• Must exhibit good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.

• Applicants must be able to pass a pre-hire drug screening test and background check.

• A Valid Driver’s License and good driving record.
