Electrical Engineer in the SSN(X) Propulsion Components section. Specifically, the groups tasking is to develop another Turbine Generator (TG) supplier for the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program (NNPP) for use on various platforms. The
Electrical Engineer will have primary responsibility for aspects of the various TG controls systems. The ideal candidate will have direct engineering experience with rotating machinery, generators, power electronics, instrumentation and control, component fabrication/assembly, component testing, system-level testing, military specs and standards, technical writing, or demonstrate the ability to rapidly learn these subject areas. Familiarity with NNL Generic I&C, NG-P/CS Building Blocks, or other I&C hardware-software interface structures would be beneficial
