Job Description- Definition according to EMC
- Process Technology design according to block diagram or equipment specification.
- Schematic preparation from Functional Diagram to Wiring Diagram
- Anomalies treatment as defined in Airbus process
- Development to improve existing tool (example CIRCE macro)
- Schematic creation (FD, WD)
- Components choice (connectors, pins, cables, backshell, conduits, etc…)
- Perform electrical architecture
- Route choice according to EMC code and Safety code definition (Zonal Integration)
- Follow up of configuration management
- Modification impacts investigation
- Bill of Material including item not included in drawing
- Schematic for relay box, bay, specific unit
- Gage computation according to voltage drop or derating
- Connector pin layout e (shielding, EMI conduits, etc…)
- Simplified English ASDT-STE100
- 5 Years of experience working in the aerospace industry in related job.
- Experience working with WD - 3D, AutoCad or CATIA V5
- Knowledge of the aeronautical world, design of electrical schematics, choice of components, schematic drawing software.
- Knowledge of the aeronautical world, harness design in context, choice of protection, harness modeling using CAED software.
- Knowledge of the aeronautical world, realization of definition drawings, choice of functional measurement, CAD software.
- Knowledge of the aeronautical world, knowledge of technical preparation, industrialization, development. Software design and realization of presentation, reports.
