The Electrical Engineer is responsible for performing electrical inspections for operational and code compliance.

This is not a remote position. This role will be based on the selected job posting location.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Performing electrical inspections of existing systems for operational and code compliance.
• Proficiently operate a computer.
• Ability to function in a high stress environment, be a strong multi-tasker, and be a team player.
• Answers client questions and assists them promptly.
• Knowledge and usage of proper format, grammar, spelling and punctuation.
• Follows safety procedures
• Other duties may be assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering  
• Registered Professional Engineer in the state of Florida  
• Ability to read & write, including interpreting documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals, as well as the ability to write routine reports and correspondence and speak effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and customers/clients
• Mathematical skills sufficient to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals 
• Reasoning ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, and diagram form 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Milestone Inspections
