Responsibilities:
- Assist journeyman/journeywoman electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Assist in the installation of electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment
- Use power tools and hand tools to complete assigned tasks
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to electrical codes and regulations
Experience:
- Familiarity with power tools and their safe operation
- Basic knowledge of low voltage systems
- Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) is preferred
- Prior experience as a commercial or industrial electrician is a bonus
- Understanding of high voltage systems is advantageous
