Electrical and Electronics Systems and Technology Instructor

Job Description
Lincoln Tech in Queens, NY, is seeking experienced Electricians to share their passion for the industry and teach in our Electrical and Electronics Systems and Technology program. No teaching experience is required. Lincoln Tech has successfully transitioned experienced electricians with limited or no teaching experience into successful educators.
Key Qualifications
3+ years' experience in any of the following:

• Electrical (Residential/Commercial/Industrial)
• Fire Alarm/ Fire Detection
• Security/CCTV/Surveillance
• Access Controls/ PLC's
• Telecommunication and Fiber Optics
• Home Theatre and Audio/Visual

Responsibilities

• Teach and provide hands-on training in Electrical and Electronics Systems in our fully equipped facility.
• Facilitate and effectively deliver Lincoln Tech accredited course curriculum.
• Support and motivate student growth, professionalism, and accountability,
• Evaluate and communicate progress with students.
• Teach students about the importance of safety and compliance.

Additional Requirements

• Proficient with technology
• Teaching experience-a plus
• High school diploma/GED
