SUMMARY
A brief description summarizing the overall purpose and objectives of the position and the results the worker is expected to accomplish.This position supports the creation, maintenance, and storage of source of record for EHS data, develops systems solutions for PDC business needs, preserves, and ensures data quality, and delivers tools to help with monitoring of compliance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The tasks, duties, and responsibilities of the position that are most important to get the job done.
- Learn and expand knowledge of the EHS Systems use and capabilities, primarily ACTS and Pronto Forms;
- Utilize SQL coding skills to develop tools to capture data necessary for reporting and compliance;
- Support population of data in and use of PDC's environmental, health and safety data management systems (e.g. ACTS);
- Analyze data and ensure data quality and accuracy of EHS related data entered into systems;
- Develop scope, schedule, and resources for Systems related projects;
- Create and maintain updates to EHS Systems Process documentation;
- Respond to internal data requests and cover “on-call” weekends/holidays (typically once/month);
- Partner with others (EHS, Operations or others) to develop data and systems solutions to business needs;
- Create reports, dashboards, or other access to EHS data for use within PDC;
- Participate in forums that facilitate cross-communication on EHS topics;
- Demonstrate commitment to safety and environmental compliance in all job aspects;
- Support other asset specific initiatives as assigned by your supervisor.

WORKING CONDITIONS
The environment in which the job is performed, especially any unique conditions outside a normal office environment.
- 90% office environment 10% field environment;
- Travel between PDC field office and various field operations as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
The minimum level of education, experience, and certifications required to perform the job.
- Novice incumbent with limited job-related experience and developing position specific skills;
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, environmental or computer science or related science discipline;
- Entry level experience in engineering or computer science (0-3 relevant years of experience).
