JOB OVERVIEW
Techmedics is in search of an experienced Helpdesk Specialist with excellent customer service and communication skills. This is not an entry level position.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and work well in a team environment. This will be a work from home/remote work position with occasional onsite at client offices. Candidate must reside near/in metro Denver, CO.
Primary responsibility will be to work on tasks, issues or other requests by management and/or associates. Some of the responsibilities will include but not limited to providing systems (Workstation/Desktop/Laptop) and device support to our client’s users. Candidate will be responsible for day-to-day support of systems primarily on the Microsoft and Apple platforms as well as other technologies. In addition, they will be working with other remote engineers to provide local support.

Systems (Workstations/Desktop/Laptop) Support, Mobile Devices (iOS, Android), Windows OS, Mac OS, Office Suite, Office 365, Endpoint Protection, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP
QUALIFICATIONS | SKILLS
- Primary contact for Systems and enduser related issues
- Work with Inside Sales and Marketing to spec out/recommend solutions
- Work closely with Network & Server team to deliver services
- Stay familiar with Workstation/Desktop/Laptop technologies
- Design/Architect Enduser System Solutions
- Responsible for Enterprise-Wide outages
- Knowledge of backup and recovery systems is a plus
- Lead System related projects
- Experience in using a Helpdesk based ticketing system
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized, computer literate
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment
- Ability to work independently
- Self-motivated and with a strong sense of accountability
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a helpdesk environment
- Degree in Information Technology or related preferred
LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS
A+ or Microsoft certification (Preferred)
