Ehs Manager

Responsibilities:

• • Develop and implement EHS programs and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations.
  • Conduct EHS audits and inspections to identify and assess risks, and implement corrective actions.
  • Investigate and prevent accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Train employees on EHS procedures and provide ongoing safety awareness training.
  • Manage and maintain EHS records and documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date on EHS regulations and industry best practices.
  • Represent the company on EHS matters to external stakeholders.

  Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety and Health, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in EHS management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with lithium-ion battery manufacturing and ESS technology is a plus.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement EHS programs and procedures.
  • Strong auditing and inspection skills.
  • Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
