Ehr Support Analyst

Job Title: EHR Support Analyst

Location: Remote

Duration: Long Term

Rate: $30/hr. on 1099

We need folks with support PCM - Plexis Claims Manager in either a help desk or app support role. Some light config experience is ideal as well.

Experience:

• 1+ years of experience in a healthcare-based help desk, call center, or equivalent environment
• Strong analytical abilities, organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Demonstrated experience with healthcare software and terminologies.
• Proficiency with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365
• Experience with JIRA and/or Confluence.
• Exposure to programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, etc.
• Understanding of database systems e.g., SQL, MongoDB, etc.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, Web Services, Docker, CI/CD, etc.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• EHR systems: 3 years (Required)
• Help desk: 2 years (Required)
• Plexis Claims Manager: 1 year (Required)
