SalaryOur organization is currently seeking an Educational Assistant to create a positive and educational experience for students with special needs. The ideal candidate will have experience with children and will be required to perform a number of different tasks such as assisting with activities, providing educational support, and organizing activities and events.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of achievable goals for students.
- Implement the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis under the supervision of the teacher and behavior specialist
- Takes data on behavior and academic progress.
- Implements Individualized Behavior Intervention Plans
- Perform other related duties as assigned by program/building administrator in accordance with scholl
- Help create a positive learning environment for the students.
