As a Developer at Cram Crew Inc., you will work closely with our Development Coordinators at our LLCs to ensure training protocols and content materials are up to date. Additionally, you will be responsible for materials creation, which involves collaborating with your other team members to create materials that best serve our clients and Consultants. You may also lead or assist in training of newly hired Consultants and be a point of contact for content knowledge during an employee’s tenure.

What you’ll be responsible for:
- Develop materials for a variety of purposes, including but not limited to: training materials, certification materials, new Cram Manuals, in-house exams, and Cram Notes. Prepare and design manuals, figures, and materials
- Audit LLC new hire trainings
- Assist Development Coordinators in certifying current Consultants for our Academic Support Service in various subjects as needed
- Write content and create presentations for Development Days
- Encourage and foster an open-door relationship between the Development Team and all Development Coordinators through serving as a resource and support for Development Coordinators
- Monitor the Development inbox and respond to various needs as required
- Participate in weekly team meetings along with regular office meetings
- Complete other assigned duties as needed
What you should offer:

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
