POSITION SUMMARY:

The EDI Specialist is responsible for assisting with multiple functions such as billing, credit & rebills, and EDI billing.

 

Base Compensation for this role is $21.00-22.00 per hour, DOE.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Bill of Lading Entry
• Sales Order Invoicing
• Correct and modify invoices
• Audit invoices for accuracy
• Interact with sales department to resolve customer related matters
• Answering Customer or Salesperson inquiries
• Interact with Credit, AP, and AR on various requests and inquiries
• Accounts Receivable
• Credit & Rebills
• All other duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Detail Oriented
• Experience with billing software
