WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
The EDI Coordinator will develop, coordinate and support all EDI related relationships within Wis-Pak’s Shareholder Operations. The position is responsible for analyzing EDI requirements from trade/business partners and communicate with technical teams to implement required interfaces, applications, and mappings. This is NOT a technical position. The EDI Coordinator serves as the link between the organization and EDI trade/business partners.
- Set up and maintain trading partnership information (i.e. EDI communications, company information—including contacts, EDI documents, etc.)
- Work with Shareholders and trading partners for new EDI implementations
- Monitor issues and errors with Shareholder and trade partners and coordinate response and resolution
- Maintain effective EDI relationships with trade partners and Shareholders
- Understand what business processes are critical to the company’s operations
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Basic understanding of EDI implementations
- Knowledge of JD Edwards is a plus
- Customer service or administrative experience in an office setting
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Professional communication skills (oral & written)
- Attention to details, no matter how small
- Strong organizational, time-management and multitasking skills
- Ability to balance multiple projects and changing priorities
