Description
The eCommerce Solutions Manager will implement and manage eCommerce sites across our Digital Catalog turnkey platform and AD Marketplace. This person will be the business process owner aligning AD's goals with independent distributors and supplier partners; plus identifying and evaluating new opportunities for growth and improvement in the eCommerce space.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Platform Management: Oversee the new Digital Catalog RFQ (Request for Quote) site creation and AD Marketplace, enabling frictionless customer flows. The AD Marketplace is a gated marketplace enabling AD members to purchase from AD supplier partners and the AD warehouse.
- Onboarding/Project Management: Lead the onboarding of distributors to the Digital Catalog site through a series of workshops. Guide the onboarding of members and suppliers to the AD Marketplace.
- Training: Develop and maintain internal and external training materials (videos, guides) to ensure continuity in the implementation of the platforms.
- Customer Experience: Manage the end-to-end customer experience on the eCommerce platform. Own the onsite search and navigation experience.
- Product Management: Work closely with Content and Digital Success teams to ensure accurate product listings. Manage featured items, best sellers, and new products, as required.
- Roadmap: Ensure the features and functionality reflect the needs of member and supplier needs. Ensure quality assurance of new features and functionality.
- Analytics: Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to eCommerce. Provide regular reports on sales, customer behavior, and other relevant metrics.
- Onsite Marketing: Assist with the creation of onsite marketing pages, as needed.
- Partner with AD members, Suppliers, and associates across eCommerce. Collaboration with key service providers to drive the execution of both platforms.
- Perform other duties, as assigned, to support eCommerce Solutions.
Requirements

- Technical knowledge: Ability to quickly learn new tools and technology
- Operational oversight: Strong project management, organizational skills and good follow-through. Ability to organize work activities with strong attention to detail
- Self-starter with ability to simultaneously manage multiple requests in a fast-paced evolving environment and work effectively under tight deadlines

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a Business, Marketing, or technical-related field. Relevant experience may be a viable substitute for formal education
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B2C eCommerce
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms, search platforms and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPS
- Working knowledge of Canva or Photoshop
Additional Comments:
- The position is based out of our corporate office in Wayne, PA, where we have a hybrid work schedule (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays in office with Mondays and Fridays remote); typical hours are 8:00a - 5:00p M-F
- Travel: Annually up to 10% of the time for company meetings and events
