eCommerce Sales Associate

2/3 of this job responsibilities includes:

• Efficiently locate inventory, prepare and fulfill daily e-commerce orders (Also known as Pick & Pack)
• Process shipping labels and pack items in the appropriate polymailer/boxes
• Process customer returns and inbound shipments 
• Respond to customer emails, chats and/or phone and able to follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage inventory levels through Excel & other inventory software programs
• Must be very versed with a computer (Minimum typing speed of 70 words per minute)
• List inventory through sales platforms including Amazon, eBay, Walmart and Shopify
• Commuting and communicating with local post office and keeping track of inbound delivery shipments

• Photograph items to allow customers to have a good understanding of item condition, sizing, color and other features
• Research products online to determine the fair market value of goods to be priced competitively in the marketplace
• Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, Shopify App is highly recommended 
• Has basic understanding of Excel
• Ability to pick up to 45-50 pounds of inventory

1/3 of the job responsibilities include:

• Product sourcing from online and retail stores
• Working on creating a social media strategy to grow existing brand 
• Identify and pursue new business development opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Work on the creative side such as copyrighting and product photography on new products in our product line
• Communicating with online influencers and community to push further reach of our product
• Social Media Outreach on Facebook, Google ads, Tik Tok, Instagram, and Youtube to drive more traffic 

Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in a field such as marketing, advertising, media or finance is highly recommended.

Any experience working with e-commerce division of any consumer brand is highly beneficial

Great interpersonal communication skills and high motivation to grow within a fast paced organization
