Ecommerce Photographer/Photo Editor

Reflex Performance Resources Inc. is seeking a Ecommerce Photography/Photo editor. This person will be the primary Photographer responsible for photographing and editing all products/categories for our ecommerce/online division.

Responsibilities:

• Photograph all products daily for all categories for our ecommerce division in a timely and efficient manner.
• Edit white balance, exposure, focus, ISO, and other settings as required to maintain online photo standards.
• Setup and maintain a photo library using Airtable, drop box and other programs as needed.
• Manage data (Import, Resize, Review, and Upload) via proprietary software on a company provided laptop.
• Work cohesively with our in house web, sales and social media team.
• Perform photography duties additionally as needed.
• Travel to outside venues from time to time as needed

Requirements:

• Associates degree in Photographer or related field or 2-3 years of photography experience in a studio environment. eCommerce experience.

• Proven experience using DSLR cameras and comprehensive lighting equipment, knowledge of camera settings etc. Must be able to set white balance, exposure, focus, ISO, etc.
• Must be very organized and efficient and maintain you work space as such.
• Must have strong interpersonal/communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders of all levels.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
• Must be a good team player
  Must have analytical/problem-solving and decision-making skills along with a sense of responsibility
• Able to prioritize, manage time and orchestrate multiple tasks
• Word, Excel and Outlook proficient
• Experience with basic data management/transferring data from computer to secondary drives.
• Willing to travel to photo shoots as required.
• Must be dependable and have a good attendance record
• a portfolio of your work is required during this interview.
