Position Summary:
The Ecommerce Marketing Manager is a member of the marketing team and will lead cross-functional projects to drive forward the website roadmap including creative & functional improvements and testing/experimentation calendar. This role’s KPIs include conversion rate, average order value, lead generation, and lifetime value.
You will join a small and mighty team of passionate ecommerce marketers working together in a fast-paced environment to make a big impact on one of the nation’s top subscription businesses for weight loss and wellness.
Responsibilities:
- Day to day, hands-on management and execution of marketing tactics, strategies, and promotions for our web properties (web and app).
- Identify opportunities for optimization to improve our customers’ experience and minimize friction points and barriers to purchase.
- Conduct internal planning meetings and contribute to the development of the experimentation roadmaps.
- Work closely with digital and offline marketing teams to optimize landing pages and the site experience.
- Analyze results and identify successes, failures, and trends, and effectively communicate these findings to the leadership team.
- Coordinate and communicate with UX/UI, visual & web designers and developers to drive projects forward through its life cycle: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and launch.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed business requirements for creative and functional projects.

- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Hotjar, UserTesting.com (or similar).
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in ecommerce or website management with at least 1 year experience running A/B tests and experiments on websites and/or in mobile apps.
- Experience with subscription programs a strong plus.
