Ecommerce Fulfillment Specialist

Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring, preparing, and shipping our direct-to-consumer ecommerce orders, which includes reviewing the order, picking the correct items, packing them into an appropriate case and coordinating pick up with our parcel carriers.
• Maintaining accurate inventory in our Netsuite ERP system and performing cycle counts as necessary.
• Learning and supporting the systems and platforms that interact with ecommerce orders, including, but not limited to, Netsuite, Shopify, Amazon, Walmart.com and EDI.
• Responding to customer inquiries and questions, through email and phone and resolve problems or issues as needed.
• Continuously improving the quality, efficiency & accuracy of outgoing orders and new projects by brain-storming & collaborating with the rest of the team.
• Adhering to safety and OSHA compliance to help create a safe work environment (Be the safety champion of the facility).
• Assisting in the design and setup of our new fulfillment center and pilot manufacturing facility in Edison, NJ for a GO-LIVE in Q2 2024.

Prior to the opening of the facility in Edison, NJ, this position will be remote and will virtually support our order operations at other sites. When the new facility opens, this position will be fully on-site in Edison, NJ.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of warehouse operations and/or order management experience
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and equipment (pallet stacker)
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 45 pounds)
• Proficient in inventory management systems; experience with Netsuite is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communications skills (both written and verbal)
• Strong problem-solving abilities and drive to always look for ways to improve
• Self-Starter, ability and willingness to be flexible in your role and responsibilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
