Job Description
We are an E-commerce furniture company located in Brooklyn, NY. We sell all types of furniture on websites like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and many others. Location not far from the Subway (G train line).
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist our customers in making a purchase.
- Answer customer questions over the phone, chat, and email regarding orders and issues.
- Create new orders using our POS system.
- Verify and Qualify new orders.
- Track and follow up orders.
- Work on leads using Zendesk.
- Claims and Problem Solving.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Ecommerce experience, furniture experience is a plus.
- Strong self-direction and initiative; willingness to take complete ownership over specific activities while adapting to quickly changing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with multiple departments.
- Knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills.
