Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! We are an online Spice Company, selling over 500 spices, seasoning and ingredients direct to consumer and wholesale to businesses. Hours are Monday to Friday 9 am - 5pm. We are a small entrepreneurial team, so if you are self motivated and don't require tons of direction, this is a good opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Answering Customer Service emails
- Placing customer phone orders.
- Place orders from suppliers.
- Handle documentation requests from wholesale customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues, website issues, shipping issues and concerns
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our products.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Customer Service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
