About the Position

The eCommerce Associate Manager, Demand Generation will define and drive eCommerce strategies that deliver increased conversion, sales, average order value and improved SEO to meet budgets. This position will support planning, development, and execution of the overall digital experience through product marketing and gap analysis. This role will actively collaborate with cross-functional partners in Growth Marketing, Brand and Marketing, Planning, IT, Operations and respective eCommerce peers to ensure demand is achieved while maintaining the best site experience for product discovery possible.


Location preference for this role is Salt Lake City, Chicago, NY or LA [Remote].?


Responsibilities:

  • Under management of Sr. Manager of eCommerce Demand Generation, develop and support bottoms up eCommerce forecast with growth marketing, planning and marketing teams to understand channel growth, site behavior, historical demand, trends, operations, customer, promotions and marketing intelligence demand insights.
  • Support and drive eCommerce trading meetings across Portfolio brands, employing a meticulous understanding of financial and business metrics to evaluate performance and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Prepare reporting and analysis for brands in QBRs, H1 and H2 hindsight for actual, budget vs forecast, gaps, excess, opportunities along with recommendations to impact business initiatives.
  • Monitor performance vs budget and identify shifts or trends to leadership on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis based on results of site analytics & promotional review to update forecasts accordingly.
  • Partner with growth marketing, brand, planning and stakeholders to align assumptions for innovations, monitor launch performance and support SKU rationalization
  • Partner with submission of briefs to the creative team to ensure site experience supports the monthly demand targets, leveraging data-driven insights through product marketing.
  • Support in development and implementing strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and positively impact KPIs
  • Lead analyses of the competitive environment, business, and customers to deliver the right digital merchandising approach to drive engagement, conversion, AOV, and strong SEO.
  • Collaborate and partner with Growth Marketing, Marketing, Brand and S&OP Teams to make adjustments on-site calendars to drive demand and meet budgets.
  • Ensure all site content serves to meet channel goals, customers’ expectations and eCommerce best practice.
  • Partner with Planning and Brand teams to champion ‘in-stock’ rates, manage effective merchandising and product stock level strategy for core, best seller and product promotion.
  • Implement strategies to optimize conversion rates, enhance user experience, maximize AOV and drive online sales growth through effective merchandising, promotions, and product placement with optimal GM%
  • Collaborate with eCommerce, Growth Marketing and data teams to implement A/B testing and other conversion rate optimization tactics to continually improve the website's performance.
  • Create strategies to optimize conversion rate, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Support Demand Generation/capture efforts to accurately forecast demand, aligning with brand’s sales projections and promotional strategies.

Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of eCommerce management and Demand Planning experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science), demonstrating progressively increasing responsibilities in analytical decision-making and strategy development.
  • Strong understanding and extensive experience with digital analytics platforms, including Google Analytics, with advanced tracking and reporting expertise.
  • Strong understanding of financial metrics and ability to evaluate financial performance, ROI analysis, and cost-effectiveness. Experience in eCommerce financial forecasting and budget management is critical.
  • Proficiency in leveraging digital analytics to drive business insights and strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively.
  • Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data and deriving actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com, Click-up, Microsoft teams
  • Strong attention to detail, exceptional interpersonal skills, and active listening abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing business environments, innovative thinking, and the ability to propose and implement creative solutions to drive growth and achieve goals.
  • Keen attention to detail in analyzing data, reports, and strategies, ensuring accuracy and precision in all deliverables and decisions.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, influence decision-making, and work collaboratively toward achieving common objectives.
  • Flexible work hours to flex when needed to build collaborative partnerships across time zones
  • Proficient in data visualization tools like PowerBI is a plus.
