THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS AN EARLY INTERVENTION SPECIALIST

As an Early Intervention Specialist, you will have the unique opportunity to initiate and maintain contact with children's physicians, ensuring that you have access to all necessary medical information. But that's not all! You will also have the chance to provide specialized skills training and family training in a routines-based approach. Whether it's facilitating the work of team members, assisting other departments, or collaborating with agency managers, you will play a crucial role in attaining the goals and objectives of our program and organization. Hands-on training and the opportunity to continuously increase your knowledge of ECI policy and procedures will be at your fingertips. Plus, you will be the go-to person for answering questions, problem-solving, and engaging in case conferencing with your fellow staff members.

OUR IDEAL EARLY INTERVENTION SPECIALIST

• Bachelor's degree in child development, psychology, or a related human services field
• Certified (or pending certification) by the Early Childhood Intervention state agency
• 2 years of experience working with children, preferably children with special needs
• Bilingual in Spanish

A master's degree is preferred but not required.
