The role of the Occupational Therapist (OT) at Northeast Arc includes:
- Providing coaching and support to caregivers to enhance the development and learning of their children
- Providing supports in a collaborative and individualized way that reflects the family's priorities, learning styles and culture to reach Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Allied Health Professions.
- Experience working with children under the age of 5
- Strong organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Recognition of importance of and respect for confidentiality
- Bilingual/Bicultural candidates encouraged to apply
