We're hiring energetic and positive individuals to join our team to work full-time and part-time with autistic children ages 2-6. Previous experience is not necessary!
We provide the tools and training needed to make a difference through mentorship, experiential learning, and encouraging growth and skill development amongst everyone. Our therapists receive extensive hands-on training, and close supervision, and attend monthly workshops all within our clinic.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience with autistic kids and learn all about Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Working at Within Reach is also an excellent experience for those pursuing advanced education in psychology, behavior analysis, speech-language pathology, education, and social work.
Requirements: Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program or have a bachelor’s degree
- Able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time.
- Pass a background check.
- Maintain a positive attitude while teaching children life skills that sometimes get messy.
