Lakes Country Service Cooperative (LCSC), a leader in providing regional support for school districts, cities, counties, and other governmental agencies is seeking applicants for an Early Childhood Screener to serve the Fergus Falls, Minnesota, area.
Job Summary: Conduct the Early Childhood Screening process with three, four, and five-year-old children and summary interviews with their parents. Screeners will record screening results, make referrals as needed, and are a positive representative of LCSC and the school district they are serving. Assist with other duties as assigned by the Screening Coordinator.
Qualifications: Degree in education or related field, plus minimum of two years' experience working in an Early Childhood program. Parent education, and/or special education experience a plus. Possess excellent communication and organizational skills, plus an ability to work independently with diverse groups of people.
