Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational programs and activities for children
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Supervise and manage a team of child care staff
- Ensure compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements
- Maintain open communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and therapists, to support the needs of individual children
- Oversee the daily operations of the child care center, including scheduling, budgeting, and record keeping
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children in an educational setting
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in Early childhood education
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
