Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain inviting Montessori-prepared environments that inspire creativity and exploration.
• Guide children in self-directed learning activities, fostering independence and critical thinking skills.
• Observe and document children's progress and development, tailoring learning experiences to meet their individual needs.
• Foster a community of respect, understanding, and a love for lifelong learning among students and staff.
• Collaborate with families and fellow educators to support student growth and holistic development.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
