We are seeking talented individuals to join our team as Lead and Assistant Early Learnings Teachers. We are looking for someone that is passionate about educating young children, has a high energy level, works in a collaborative environment, and thrives in team dynamics.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Demonstrate genuine compassion and caring towards children, parents and staff members.
- Continuously develop an environment that produces a variety of developmentally appropriate activities that provide opportunities for students to develop to their fullest potential and achieve their learning objectives.
- Collaborate, Create and Implement lesson plans, implement school curriculum, and assess developmental needs of students.
- Maintain a healthy, safe and nurturing environment.
- Provide superb Customer Service to Parents and Community.
- Support mission and vision of program to provide a Learning Community for the school, organization and community at large.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Two-year degree or CDA preferred.
- Previous experience as an Early Childhood Education Teacher preferred.
- Exhibits strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an Early Childhood Education environment as a teacher or teacher assistant.
Duties:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the curriculum
- Provide individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning
- Create and maintain a positive learning environment that encourages student participation
-- Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and stakeholders to ensure that the school fosters an environment of respect and learning
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills
Requirements:
- Associates's degree in Early Childhood Education or CDA
- Experience working in an Early Childhood Education Environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
