QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in keyboarding, computer literacy and familiarity with various applications such as databases, Microsoft Word, EXCEL, Teams, e-mail and internet.
- Willingness to engage in ongoing staff development to expand professional skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skill

Job Details
This is a grant funded part time position that is needed to support the work of the Early Education and Care Programs at the Lynn Public Schools.
SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages calendars
- Schedules appointments
- Coordinates meetings
- Answers phone calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel, schedules appointments, and assists families and other visitors
- Handles correspondence
- Organizes and maintains files
- Inputs data entry in platform and spreadsheets
- Manages office supplies
- Organizes timesheets and attendance
- Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security
- Presents a positive and professional image
- Demonstrates a knowledge of and sensitivity to the educational and socioeconomic needs of the children and families served
An offer of employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment physical, including a drug test, National fingerprint-based Criminal Background Check (NCBC), and Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI).
All MUST be completed PRIOR to the start of employment.
