Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Job Purpose
Develop and manage the E2E global supply and inventory plans for assigned products (including DS, DP, and FG) as well as covering products transversally depending on business needs to achieve target business inventory objectives and timely inventory deployment across all markets.
Manages operational horizon demand & supply imbalances with FG sites, Supply DCs and markets based on defined rules, informing, and escalating as needed any challenges.
Market & Customer Service primary contact for product supply information.
Key Accountabilities
Manage End-to-End Supply Chain Product Planning (covering all defined products) to ensure excellent customer service, manufacturing operations scheduling and adherence to key Supply Chain principles (schedule adherence, inventory coverage, service agreements, etc…):
Oversees supply planning of assigned products throughout the products’ life cycles including launch, ramp-up, stabilization and discontinuation. This may also include transversal product line coverage, depending on business needs.
Leads routine end-to-end supply meetings with key stakeholders to review, discuss and follow up on market coverage and planning exceptions; takes corrective actions and escalates as needed.
Contribute to monthly pre-S&OP and IBP process by providing input to and taking feedback from stakeholders and following up on actions.
Assesses E&O risk of DP/DS in accordance with SLA as agreed by markets and adjusts L&P plan to minimize destruction while keeping markets stocked as per stocking policy.
Interfaces throughout the company to understand, anticipate, and identify relevant risks/ contingency opportunities.
First point of contact between markets and FG sites for all supply chain related topics.
Collaborate with Global Customer Services and Logistics to ensure timely deployment of inventory to markets.
Additional scope for CMO-sourced products:
Provide guidance on L&P priorities
Liaise between markets and SCES for resolution of quality/regulatory-related CCR’s/deviations affecting FG supply to markets
Manage the Monthly Master Production Schedule across the Network for a Product or Set of Products (applies if Kinaxis E2E Planning implemented for products)
Owns and manages master planning data/parameters in Kinaxis for assigned products. Leads or facilitates resolution of planning issues across multiple systems. This may also include transversal product line coverage, depending on business needs.
Implement planning rules and parameters in Kinaxis as per IBP/ S&OP decision on inventory policies.
Leads negotiations of SLA agreements with markets and sites to achieve balanced solution for inventory objective and shelf-life management
Optimizes inventory and supply chain flows, contributes to Sanofi Smart Supply Chain and relevant projects:
Identifies gaps and improvement opportunities, provides input to COE and senior leadership; substantiates and recommends changes to supply chain network configuration
Drive improvements with External Manufacturing Team to enable end-to-end planning capability on CMO products.
+Support the IBP process, Reporting and Budgeting process such as scenario generation
Coordinate Global IBP data and issue development and presentation as well as support weekly reporting
Global Supply Review preparation
SC Performance Reporting, including launch reporting
Coordinate and animate the continuous improvement cycle on supply adherence to the Network MPS
Identify and prioritize resolution of planning and execution supply exceptions to the endorsed Network MPS
Ensures that the Network is accurate at any time across the full planning horizon and a demand response is enabled.
Assess, coordinate, and implement mitigation plan.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain and/or Finance plus four years of Supply Chain, Finance or Manufacturing experience
or 6 years of Supply Chain experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with SAP and Kinaxis
Supply Chain experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry

Advanced knowledge of Demand Forecast and Supply Management.
Ability to conduct data-driven analysis and communicate findings to management team
Experience and familiarity with the Integrated Business Planning process
demonstrated Leadership experience in highly complex environments (direct management or complex stakeholders' management)
Fluent in English
