Accelerate Education is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Marketing to lead marketing efforts across the company’s B2B and B2C channels. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive growth and customer engagement.
Position Summary:
The Director of Marketing is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s marketing initiatives, including brand management, digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation for Accelerate Education, Accelerate Online Academy, and select Virtual School Services customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer and student acquisition, engagement, and retention across both B2B and B2C markets.
- Lead the development and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and paid digital advertising.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling marketing collateral, including website content, blog posts, case studies, and presentations.
- Manage the company's brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
- Generate innovative ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns, content, and branding initiatives.
- Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to track performance and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness and ROI.
- Coordinate efforts with outside advertising agencies as needed.
- Other responsibilities, as assigned by manager.

Required Knowledge & Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B and B2C marketing strategies in the education or related industry.
4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing performance.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
7. Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other marketing tools.
8. Knowledge of digital marketing techniques and best practices, including SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing.
