As we continue to expand our team, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Recruiter to join our HR department. You will be working hand-in-hand with HR and our VP of Operations to create and maintain a best-in-class candidate experience.
This is a fully remote role.
- Identify and attract top talent within the e-commerce and digital marketing space.
- Execute effective sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define and articulate specific skills and qualifications required for each role.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all departments at Nectar including, but not limited to account management, advertising, creative, sales, and operations.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit, and follow up with references as needed.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the competitive e-commerce landscape.
- Foster strong partnerships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and priorities.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and professional networks.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate information and maintain accurate records.
- Provide regular reports and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of proven experience in recruiting, experience with e-commerce or agencies a plus
- Proven success in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in various roles.
- Strong knowledge of current recruiting trends and best practices.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.

Salary Range:
- $60,000-$80,000
Supplemental pay types:
