We are looking for an individual with close attention to detail in all aspects of the work enviornment. A position is available for Shipping with room to grow in the company for the right individual.
We are looking for candidates with the ability to think critically, have mathematical reasoning, and a proficiency of language. Communication, adaptability, and interpersonal skills are great contributors. Background check required.
Responsibilities for Shipping Position :
- Review orders and compare them to customers' purchase history.
- Perform quality assurance checks on products to make sure they are free of damage and defects.
- Respond to customer inquiries about their orders and resolve problems.
- Follow company policies and procedures for refunds or returns.
- Help resolve customers' problems with placing, tracking, or shipping orders
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Schedule:
- No weekends
