- Oversee website operations, ensuring functionality, security, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze metrics to optimize marketing campaigns and improve website performance.
- Create/manage listings on various sales channels such as Etsy, eBay, Amazon, and Chrono24.
- Manage product merchandising, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
- Enhance user experience through website improvements and personalization.
- Stay informed about industry trends and recommend innovative strategies.
- Oversee customer service operations and maintain data privacy compliance.
Requirements:
- Previous e-commerce management experience in the luxury retail sector.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify.
- Experience collaborating with marketing teams and photographers.
- Proficiency in analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Ability to create listings on sales channels such as Etsy, eBay, Amazon, and Chrono24.
- Understanding of UX principles and ability to implement website enhancements.
