Job Description:
Our client is looking for an E-Commerce Operations Manager who will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of US web stores, driving sales, managing inventory, and facilitating product development and campaign launches. The E-Commerce Operations Manager is a remote/hybrid position that works closely with the sales team, marketing team, product team, and vendor relations. This individual will be a self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision, motivated to succeed, and creative.
Responsibilities:
- Set up products on Shopify, making sure that pricing, imagery, and descriptions are aligned & optimized to engage fans.
- Monitor monthly and annual sales targets vs. performance across sites, identifying opportunities for growth and development for the overall business.
- Work with E-commerce technology and fulfillment partners, to ensure that product launches and campaigns are executed on time
- Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries related to stores under management
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base = $60k -$70k (dependent on candidates experience)
- Performance Bonus = 2%-10% of base salary year-end
- Projected 1st Year Earning Potential = $65k-$80k
