Job Description
Apple Farm Service is looking for an enthusiastic person to join their team for the new role of E-Commerce Inventory Specialist. Apple Farm Service is focusing on incorporating an e-commerce platform on a new website and needs a go-getter to make the transition successful. Duties of the E-Commerce Inventory Specialist include collecting and transcribing data into a business system, importing and manipulating excel documents, collecting and taking pictures of parts inventory, and managing the public-facing parts portion of the website. This candidate will have to be open to learning new tasks and will work directly with the Marketing Manager and Parts Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and manipulate data pulls from the business system.
- Edit and error-check excel files.
- Manage data imports.
- Manage and fulfill online orders.
- Collect or take pictures of parts.
- Manage the customer facing website relating to part sales.
- Help the Marketing Manager with e-commerce and parts related promotions
Experience: (Not required, but preferred)
- Background in ag or construction parts, or knowledge of ag or construction equipment
- Ability and knowledge to edit and manipulate excel files
- Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, ect.)
- Basic understanding of data imports and exports
Skills:
- Detail oriented, ability to catch errors and inconsistencies
- Ability to be self-managed
- Great time management
- Problem solving with excel and creating more efficient processes.
Pay:
- Salary Range: $40,000-$60,000 annually
- Pay based on experience and work ethic.
- Time and a half paid for any hours worked over 40 hr/wk.
- Raises offered based on performance and time spent within the company
