As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. ```Duties```
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
- Perform data entry and maintain customer records in our database
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve any outstanding issues
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement to management

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Sales experience or the ability to upsell products or services is preferred
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
