Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent phone skills? Do you have experience in E-Commerce and Customer Service? Our fast-growing company is seeking an energetic and reliable E-Commerce/Customer Service associate to join our team.
Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, assisting customers with placing orders, handling returns and refunds, resolving product damages and warranties, providing accurate product information, making outbound follow-up calls, actively monitoring email and LiveChat, processing orders through our e-Commerce platform, navigating the front-end and back-end of our website, and assisting with General Office duties.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience (2+ years preferred), proficiency in Microsoft Office programs with Outlook being required, beginner to intermediate Excel skill level, moderate to fast typing speed with high accuracy, and be fluent in English.
This is a full-time position with working days Monday to Friday and a typical workday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
