Growing and Dynamic Company within the Entertainment Sector is looking to hire MULTIPLE E-Commerce Coordinators w/Amazon Experience Needed.
Experience:
• 1+ years of direct-to-consumer ecommerce Amazon management experience.
• Music industry, entertainment (licensed consumer products), or major apparel brand experience preferred.
• Possess a positive work attitude with the ability to work on many projects at one time.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Expert project management skills.
• Self-starter able to execute and accomplish departmental goals.
• College degree preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the day-to-day operations of Global Amazon business, facilitating product creation, ordering samples, data entry.
• Coordinate the set up of products, making sure that pricing, imagery, and description are optimized to engage fans.
• Work with Amazon manager to monitor and replenish physical inventory
• Work with production department on internal product set up, order placement and shipment tracking
• Retrieve Amazon style numbers and keep master product list up to date
• Assist with store front updates including banners, pricing, merchandising and A+ content
• Assist Brand Management with placing internal order and sample servicing requests
• Collaborate with Amazon manager for marketing and advertising initiatives
• Work closely with the E-Commerce Operations manager to ensure that operations on their store are running smoothly, from the logistics of delivering stock, receiving and fulfilling orders, and making sure customer services are communicating proactively.
