About the Opportunity: The E-commerce Coordinator is a hands-on position focused on handling day-to-day e-commerce responsibilities of our websites and marketing. This role will be responsible for e-commerce efforts including implementing promotions & marketing content, conversion rate and performance improvement initiatives, and functionality optimization. In addition, this person will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, and the Product team to increase customer satisfaction and drive sales and profitability through online experience. You will help build, and keep up to date, three e-commerce websites. This will include implementation of marketing campaigns designed to increase online traffic and acquire new customers, and campaigns to retain our current customers.
 
You will report directly to the E-commerce lead who will be responsible for all deliverables for the team. You will be able to take direction and lead from priorities that have been dealt to the team, whilst supporting the E-commerce lead and the functionalities of the business.
Responsibilities:
    • Ensure an on time and efficient delivery of our go to market calendar ensuring all websites and storefronts are updated on time
    • Ownership of the Personalisation Strategy and Conversion Optimisation Roadmap with regards to website UI/ UX
    • Own products not live reports to be able to coordinate getting products live
    • Assist with the prep, launch and pack down of all promotions and merchandise offers
    • Constant testing and improvement to our Navigation & search experience
    • Continuously iterating and testing new approaches to graphic design + key landing page templates to improve click through rates and conversions
    • Measuring and reporting results to senior stakeholders
    • Collaborating with category and  brand management teams to execute  branded promotions and activations on both CK Storefronts and the branded  sites
    • Ensure our the data layer and tagging is passing all relevant event data for  Analytics and reporting
Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
    • 2+ years experience in a similar position within e-commerce industry desirable
    • Previous shopify experience desirable
    • Demonstrated experience working on big and/or global e-commerce brands is highly desirable
    • Highly analytical and data-driven approach to decision making with a strong focus on KPIs and ROI
    • Proven ability to build business cases and know how to influence stakeholders at multiple levels
    • Ability to build strong relationships with external partners
    • High level written and oral communication skills
    • Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously
    • Exceptional understanding of the Streetwear and or  fashion market
    • Strong Excel skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and analyse and comment on trends, 
    • Ability to multitask, meet multiple deadlines and project management skills

$70,000 - $75,000 a year
The actual base hourly rate offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
