Customer service and eCommerce operations are the central responsibilities of the job. A successful candidate will be familiar with and comfortable with helping customers and steering conversations in a positive direction. They will also be resposible for fulfilling orders. We have lenient customer service policies that go a long way in making our customers happy. This is a very rewarding job. Responsibilities
- Help customers with product information, recommendations, and making purchases via phone, email, and chat across multiple shopping platforms.
- Manage order fulfillment on time and accurately by analyzing and authorizing orders for shipment
- Learn the Warehouse and all product SKUs and Locations in order to assist the Production Manager with processing and packing
- Collaborate with the team by thinking critically in order to bring solutions to issues and ideas related to, but not limited to, social media marketing, digital content creation, and B2B wholesale and marketing.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
