Weverse America Inc. is looking for a highly motivated E-commerce Coordinator to be responsible for supporting the day-to-day e-commerce operations for the US Weverse Shop.
This role will directly report to the Sr. Director of E-commerce.
Responsibilities:
- Assists with the day-to-day operations for US Weverse Shop
- Handles website and mobile app activities including new product uploads and launches (merchandise and albums)
- Ensures all product listings align with guidelines and adhere to specific requirements
- Generates performance metrics reports for team to review
- Provides customer service support to address and resolve product and delivery issues
- Supports other e-commerce and logistics functions that may be required in a high-growth environment
- Collaborates on team and ad hoc projects
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Korean
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1+ years of relevant website operations or e-commerce experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Adaptable, proactive, and keen to work in a fast-paced environment
- Tech savviness with an ability to learn new software systems quickly
- Strong interest or passion in music industry or K-pop highly desired
